Patrick joined the team in September 2008.

He originally comes from Cornwall and has an MA from Cliff College in Theology and Evangelism.  He has spent four years as a children’s and youth worker with two Baptist churches based in Bedfordshire.  Part of his role there was to develop the links between the churches and local schools, where he was involved in a variety of activities including clubs, small groups, assemblies and RE lessons.

Speaking about the move to his Woking based job, Patrick said:

“I am really excited about my new role and I hope very much that I will be able to use my previous experience to continue the work of SCAt in primary schools as well as to develop further the way that we serve the schools”

Since starting in early September, Patrick has started to visit many of these schools in order to introduce himself.

Patrick’s personal interests include theatre, drama, music and playing the guitar.  He enjoys sport and likes to play hockey and go bodyboarding when back in Cornwall.
